A guaranteed monthly rent paid to you for a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years

Light cosmetic improvement carried out when necessary and property returned to owner in its original condition
No fees, No Commission
Nothing to pay, no fees or commission required. Fully transparent from the start
No Utility Payments
Utilities, including Council Tax will be paid and at no cost to the Landlord
Minor Maintenance
Minor maintenance undertaken including cleaning of communal areas and garden upkeep
Client on Boarding
Tenant viewings, vetting and referencing, contract signing itinerary and keys handover
Regular Inspections
Bi-monthly inspections carried out for the duration with video and photo records
